Any return request made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns

     The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

     The product is unused and unwashed

     The product is in original condition

       All original tags must be attached

     The product must be returned in its original packaging

If any tag is removed, damaged, or missing, the return will be automatically rejected.

3. Products That Will NOT Be Accepted for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

     The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered

     The tag has been removed or tampered with

     The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

     The product is returned without original packaging

     The item shows signs of wear such as stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

Svamaan reserves the sole right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

4. Verification Process

All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection upon arrival.

If the product fails to meet the return conditions listed above, the return will be rejected and the item may be sent back to the customer.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to ship the product back to the provided return address in its original condition.

Svamaan is not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping if the product is not packed properly.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used during purchase.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

       Clear photos of the product

       Images of the packaging
